Lillie Fleshler joined Insignia Films in 2015. She holds a degree in Cinema Production from Ithaca College. Her thesis documentary film, Ma Chère Helen, explored the unique relationship between legendary New Wave filmmaker Francois Truffaut and publicist Helen Scott. In 2014 it was selected to screen in a Truffaut retrospective held at la Cinémathèque Française in Paris. Previously, Lillie produced a short film on HIV/AIDS stigma while studying abroad in Vietnam, and completed internships at Participant Media and Moxie Firecracker Films. After spending 2 years as a Production Associate at Insignia, Lillie will transition into a more production heavy role as Associate Producer for a number of projects including American Experience‘s Sealab and Insignia’s independently produced film about the Grand Canyon.
